    Geographic Description

    Tempe, located in the heart of the Phoenix metropolitan area is bordered by Phoenix to the west, Scottsdale to the north, Mesa to the east, and Chandler to the southeast.

    Phoenix International Sky Harbor Airport is approximately three miles ( five to ten minutes driving time) from Downtown Tempe. Our central location also allows for easy access to the entire state and Mexico.

    With more than 300 sunny days a year, low humidity, an average yearly temperature of 72 degrees and just 7.11 inches of rain a year, it's easy to fall in love with Tempe.
