One Call Accommodations - With one call for you, the Convention and Visitor's Bureau will forward details of your meeting plans or tour itinerary needs to hotel properties, and they will respond directly to you with proposals and availability.
Site Selection - Should you wish a preliminary visit to Lake Havasu City, the Convention & Visitor's Bureau will arrange efficient itineraries for site inspections.
Formal Bid Proposals - Let us help you guarantee success by preparing and presenting a bid proposal to your board of directors or decision makers.
Meeting Registration Assistance - Qualified assistants are available to perform the duties of registration for your meeting at a reasonable fee.
Name Badges - Plastic name badges with inserts are available for your meeting or tour group at a nominal charge.

Orientation - With advance request, a Bureau representative will speak to your group about Lake Havasu City's amenities, or offer an eight-minute video presentation or promotional use.
Attendance Promotion - Attractive, full color brochures are available to help you increase attendance through your pre-convention mailings.
Media Support - Black and white photographs and color transparencies are available to you on a purchase or loan basis. Media lists are also available.
Support Services - The Convention & Visitor's Bureau can also assist in arranging for transportation, spouse programs, entertainment, photographers, speakers and much more.
Official Welcome - Extend a special welcome to your group with an official letter from the Mayor of Lake Havasu City and or the Lake Havasu Chamber of Commerce.
